Booking Process
Every tattoo I create is custom designed and thoughtfully developed for each client. For this reason, I personally review all ideas before confirming any appointment.

STEP 1 — Start the Conversation
I like to keep my booking process personal and intentional, so I concentrate most communication on Instagram.
Please send me a message including:
- • Your tattoo idea
- • Rough size
- • Placement
- • Reference images
This allows me to understand your vision and provide an accurate quote.
Message me on InstagramIf you do not have Instagram or prefer to keep communication via email, you can fill out the 'Get a Quote' form.
Please note: responses via email can take up to 3 business days.
Instagram is the quickest and easiest way to begin the booking process.
STEP 2 — Confirm Design & Quote
Once we finalise the concept, placement and size, and you're happy with the quote,
your tattoo is confirmed and you're ready to book.
A deposit is not required to make your booking. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the same week of your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to re-book.
Any deposit paid is deducted from the final price of your tattoo.
STEP 3 — Book Your Tattoo
Once your design and quote are confirmed, I'll send you a private link to book your appointment on the Fresha app. When booking, simply choose the session closest to the quote we discussed.
Your design will be revealed on the day of your appointment, and we will review everything together, making any final adjustments if needed before starting your session.
It's time to relax and enjoy your session —
you've done the work so far, now it's my turn to create the magic.
Please do not book through Fresha before we have discussed your tattoo and confirmed your quote.
This ensures:

- • Your design is approved

Important Information
Deposit
A deposit is not required to make your booking. If a deposit is ever paid, it will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please do so through the Fresha app, ideally at least one week before your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within the same week of your appointment, or don't show up, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to re-book.
Preparation
Get a good night's sleep, eat well, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol 24 hours before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing.
